IDL, the Interactive Data Language, is an optimised programming language for data analysis, visualisation and array handling. It is interpreted, and therefore not so fast as for example C, but you can save a lot of time while developing your programs. I really like it, although it is much too expensive in my opinion.
One problem I encountered is that the IDL community seems to be rather small and it can be very hard to find some help or useful programs in IDL on the net. To make my own small contribution I therefore publish here some of my routines in IDL. Most of them are rather simple tools, written to simplify the daily handling of SAR data.
New:
I.D.I.O.T.: An easy-to-use tool for generation of differential SAR interferograms
RAT (Radar Tools): An open-source SAR image processing

If somebody else have a program or something else which he thinks is worth to add, just mail me and I will upload it. I'll of course try to add more and more things by myself, but as always, the more help I get, the better the library will get!!
